This page summarises the rules that come up most often. It is a guide: the full terms you accept at registration, together with the wording of each offer, take precedence wherever the two differ.
Who may hold an account
You must be 18 or over. We allow one account per person, household, e-mail address, phone number and IP address, and the details you give must match your documents. A duplicate account is closed and any bonus on it removed.
Bonuses
Each stage of a package is claimed separately from our promotions page. Slots stages carry 10x wagering and sports stages 5x; the weekly slots reloads carry 20x and the sports boosts 7x. While a bonus is active, single bets are capped at £2, buying an in-game bonus or feature round is not allowed, and a published list of slots is excluded. Games contribute to the target at different rates, and some count little or nothing. A deposit bonus can release at most 25x the bonus amount and a sports bonus 10x. Only one bonus runs at a time, and requesting a withdrawal before the wagering is finished forfeits the bonus and its winnings.
Money in and out
Deposits start at £25, or £50 by bank transfer, and carry no fee from us. Withdrawals are processed within 3 banking days once wagering is complete, with a minimum of £100, one request per 24 hours, a daily limit of £1,000 and a monthly limit of £10,000. Funds return by the route they arrived on.
Verification, changes and complaints
Identity checks apply once lifetime deposits pass £2,000, on any withdrawal, or where activity looks unusual. We may update these rules, and the version in force when you play applies. Complaints start with our live chat team and follow our published dispute resolution policy.
